Molukhia (Jews Mallow)

Today, we're gonna show you how to cook Molukhia, the Egyptian way :)
Bring a bunch of fresh Molukhia leaves or a frozen pack
Meat or chicken broth
1 broth cube
Butter
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried coriander
Salt
Boil the broth, put Molukhia and have it boiled twice then set aside
In a skillet, put butter, garlic and dried coriander. When yellow, remove from heat then add to Molukhia.
